North Star is more than a jewelry store. Upon entering, guests feel that they are being welcomed into an exclusive gallery. Sales concierges are ready to pamper all guests who visit. Jewelry cleaning will be offered, placing the sparkle back into our precious gems. Complimentary refreshments are always available for the asking from the bar area, which is stocked for those who enjoy a libation while shopping. Partnering with 15 award-winning designers, a guest may enjoy being entertained by stories and design insights shared directly by the artist. Knowing the designers intimately allows the sales concierges to be true ambassadors of their art. Clients looking for a one-of-a-kind customized piece or the opportunity to redesign older pieces of jewelry that have been tucked away can discuss options directly with the designer via video conference in the VIP Sunset Room.
For true art lovers, works by contemporary artists Stephen Wilson and Alissa Silvers are on display and available for sale, including opportunities to commission private projects. All gift-giving needs can be met by North Star. We also carry a selection of curated gifts, including candles, stationery, picture frames, soaps, Vinglace, Wolf jewelry boxes, and gorgeous hand-blown crystal barware, Vista Alegre. All gift wrapping is complimentary.
